Pancakes for breakfast, and downright friendly ones at that. Not that they're inherently rude to begin with, it wouldn't be proper to start the morning off like that. Still, these are just about perfect.

I think it's going to be a good day.

I don't know. Seems strange that something you're about to eat would be happy about it.

I found them difficult to eat while they were looking at me.

I never once thought that many people would have a problem with them. They're pancakes.
